2011 was a year of significant change for the North South Ministerial Council (NSMC) and a busy one for the Council’s Joint Secretariat. There were a total of 24 meetings including three Plenary meetings and one Institutional meeting. The Plenary meeting held on 21 January 2011 was the first held in the new NSMC Joint Secretariat offices in Armagh.
