The twenty-fifth North South Ministerial Council Transport meeting was held at the NSMC Joint Secretariat Offices, Armagh, on 23 October 2025.
The meeting was attended by Liz Kimmins MLA, Minister for Infrastructure; Mike Nesbitt MLA, Minister for Health and Darragh O’Brien TD, Minister for Transport. Minister Kimmins chaired the meeting.
Ministers welcomed the continuing collaboration between jurisdictions on transport related matters since the last transport sectoral meeting in February 2025. The Joint Communiqué is available to view here
